- The staff at Park Hotel is very friendly and helpful in nature.
- The manager is a gem of a person and helped us with our entire travel plan. We asked him a lot of questions before making a travel plan and he promptly answered all.
- Food is great. My countrymen need not worry about getting Indian food here. They cook the perfect north Indian dished here.
- Rooms are neat and clean.
- Overall: Value for money Hotel

Easy to reach, just round the corner of the Bhutan Gate. Great hospitality, fabulous ambience lined by garden, a mini fountain and a splendid lounge. The food however, is slightly costly but there are countless other restaurants at a few meters ahead. The immigration office, taxi station are all just a stone's throw away. The rooms are nice, well maintained, complimentary stuff are limited but the reception is excellent service. Overall, a very great stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights, one while starting Bhutan trip and one while returning.

Trip start: Room was very good. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good, a little options would be required. No view from room.

Trip end: Room was ok ok. They couldn't provide room with double bed and gave two single beds and joined them. Initially they gave a room where already one guest was staying. what a mismanagement! Then it was changed.
Bedsheets were not clean. Breakfast was poor this time. They didn't even give extra water bottle when water provided by them was over.
But still probably a good hotel for budget stay.

Hotel is clean and beautiful. Provides free Wifi , Hot water , Ac, Tea etc. They charged us for water bottles which were given as complimentary. When we told that we didn't order any extra bottles and if they want than check our dustbins ! And they did !!☺ Though nothing was found they forced us to pay extra. Room service is very lethargic and after placing orders we had to wait 45 - 50 minutes. Overall service must be improved...

I travel from place to place owing to my work. In Park Hotel Bhutan I stayed for a night while taking care of some business in that area. It is a wonderful place to stay with beautiful staffs at your service. Here, most of the staffs are women and they are running the place majestically. Rooms are huge! Neat and clean and beautiful view from it is an added bonus. The washrooms are just the way you want them to be - clean and dry. The food is good too and the staff is always at your service to say the least. I would definitely go back for a longer stay with them!

Adjacent to Immigration office of Phuentsholing ... very good option for stay. Good air conditioned rooms....neat and clean. Very good sleep quality. Good food at reasonable price both veg u0026 non veg. Good service. Polite staff. Nice hotel to start Bhutan tour. Value for money.

Good rooms, and facilities for the price in a good location. Parking is available outside but is usually full. Food is good, although toned down from the local Bhutanese cuisine. Good location, right next to the monastery and opposite to the immigration office. ATM's and restaurants are available aplenty all around. Smooth check in and check out.
